How to Print Your Daily, Weekly and Monthly Planner

Momentum is rocket fuel. 🚀 It’s designed to propel you out of stratosphere of of pen and paper planners — or the need to continuously update a million To-Do lists, *gasp*.

But we also know a lot of folks are not 💯 % ready to abandon analog. We get that.

If you aren’t ready to leave paper behind, but you still want to see how Momentum can help you make progress on your projects — we have a solution. Need to step away from your computer or smartphone for a while? (We applaud you!) Take Momentum with you by simply printing it out.

You can print the Daily, Weekly or Monthly Planner view. Or all three, if you want! (Who are we to limit how much you want to plan?) The layout for the print version of the app is designed to make it as easy to use as Momentum itself.

You print the same way you would any other website or document, and the format automatically shifts to an ideal layout for a normal 8.5 x 11” paper. (See examples below.) The process is the same as when you add Momentum to your Home Screen on Android or iOS.

On Android & Google Chrome

On Google Chrome or Android, find the vertical “...” in the upper right hand corner of your screen.

After clicking the vertical “...” you click “Share” in the dropdown menu.

From there you’ll just click Print, with the small printer icon!

See examples of the different print views of the planners available below!

On iOS and iPhone

On iOS or iPhone, you’ll find the small arrow icon, which also leads you to the “Share” and “Print” options.

From there you again just click “Print”.

That’s all you need to know for the technical side of printing.

The only thing that can make this even better is that there’s not just one print option for the planner… You can print the Daily, Weekly or Monthly/ Quarterly planner view in order to keep track of all your projects across different time horizons.

Options for Printing Momentum Planners

From your Daily Planner, the print view will look just like this:

On the Weekly Planner, the view will look like this:

On the Monthly/Quarterly planner view, you’ll be looking at:

Now you're free to keep your printed planner handy: in your notebook, above your desk, on your fridge or wherever you want to easily see your goals, projects, and schedules.
